Oruro’s Carnival
While I was volunteering in Bolivia earlier this year, I had the
once in a lifetime opportunity to witness "El Carnaval de Oruro"
which is touted as one of the most interesting in the world.
In truth, it was everything It's hyped up to be…and more!
